By registering for or utilizing Draw3D tools, services, or APIs, you agree to comply with these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Provision & Credits
Draw3D provides AI-assisted image and motion synthesis tools. Generation credits are granted based on your subscription tier and reset periodically as outlined on our pricing page.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Draw3D to generate illegal, hateful, or infringing content. Any abuse of platform APIs or attempts to disrupt system infrastructure may result in immediate termination of account access without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
Draw3D and its operators provide services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free outputs.
