Commercial License & IP Rights

Subject to continuous compliance with these terms and our Terms of Service, Draw3D grants active subscribers on paid plans (including Pro, Studio, and custom Enterprise agreements) a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully transferable commercial license to use, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, and monetize any output created via the Draw3D platform.

This license encompasses all generated visual media, including but not limited to photorealistic architectural visualizations, conceptual sketches, 3D blockout renders, 8K neural upscaled images, video animations, and motion flythroughs. You retain this commercial license perpetually for all assets created while your account maintained an active paid subscription, even if your subscription is subsequently downgraded or canceled.

You retain 100% complete ownership and intellectual property rights in and to all proprietary materials you upload to Draw3D. This includes your original CAD models, architectural massings, BIM snapshots, hand-drawn sketches, reference photographs, floor plans, and textual prompt directives ("Input Content").

Draw3D claims no ownership, title, or interest in your Input Content. Draw3D accesses and processes your Input Content solely to provide generative synthesis services, spatial edge conditioning, and rendering outputs requested by you.

Under our commercial license, you are authorized to utilize Draw3D outputs across all commercial, non-commercial, public, and private applications without limitation on impressions, print runs, or revenue generation:

Design agencies, architecture firms, 3D visualization studios, and independent creative freelancers frequently produce work on behalf of third-party clients. Draw3D explicitly permits you to:

• Transfer Full Rights to Clients: You may assign, license, or transfer full commercial usage rights to your end clients as part of contracted project deliverables.
• No Client Account Required: Your clients, developers, and project stakeholders do not need to register for, hold, or maintain a Draw3D account to use or display the final rendered visuals.
• Unbranded Exports: All outputs on paid plans are free of watermarks, logos, or mandatory attribution requirements. You are under no legal obligation to credit Draw3D in commercial client work.

Modern international intellectual property guidelines (including guidance from the U.S. Copyright Office and European patent offices) recognize human authorship based on the degree of creative and technical human input directed into the work.

Unlike pure text-to-image generators where an AI invents the entire composition from scratch, Draw3D operates on spatial edge conditioning and depth-locked geometric guidance. Your proprietary 3D CAD massing, architectural blueprint, hand-drawn pencil line art, or custom lighting setup forms the foundational spatial framework of the final render.

This significant human creative contribution—defining camera angles, architectural proportions, structural bays, and curated material prompts—provides strong technical grounds for copyright registration and proprietary commercial differentiation.

To maintain system integrity, legal compliance, and community safety, the following activities are strictly prohibited under all Draw3D commercial licenses:
