1. Commercial Grant

All active Pro and Studio subscribers receive full worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free commercial rights to all images, 3D textured assets, and motion video generated using their Draw3D account.

2. Permitted Commercial Uses

• Client architectural visualization, interior renderings, and pitch decks.
• Commercial marketing materials, advertisements, packaging, and digital media.
• Game development concept art, production assets, and cinematics.
• Print media, merchandise, and retail packaging.

3. Resale of Raw Generation Services

You may not resell access to Draw3D APIs or repackage the service as a competing standalone generative tool without written enterprise authorization.
