What is the Commercial License?

The Draw3D Commercial License gives you the legal right to use assets generated through our platform (images and 3D models) for commercial purposes. This includes client work, advertisements, product packaging, and social media marketing.

Included with Paid Plans

All paid subscription plans (Starter, Basic, Professional) include a full commercial license for all assets generated while the subscription is active. You retain these rights even if you cancel your subscription later.

Personal Use only for Free

Assets generated using free trial credits or promotional credits without a paid subscription are strictly for personal, non-commercial use only.

Permitted Uses

  • Digital and print advertising
  • Social media marketing for businesses
  • Client projects and freelance work
  • Website design and development
  • Video production and motion graphics
  • Physical merchandise (up to 10,000 units)

Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling the raw assets on stock photo/3D sites
  • Using assets in a way that competes with Draw3D
  • Redistributing the assets as a standalone library or collection
  • Using assets for illegal or defamatory purposes

Attribution

While we appreciate credit ("Generated with Draw3D"), it is NOT required for users with a commercial license. You are free to use the assets without mentioning our platform.
